Wilcox named to top post at Good Fellowship Ambulance

Good Fellowship’s Board of Directors has named Thomas R. Wilcox III, Esq., MBA, SPHR, AB as the new executive director of Good Fellowship Ambulance and EMS Training Institute.

Wilcox joins Good Fellowship with deep Chester County roots and extensive nonprofit, foundation, fundraisin­g, education, business developmen­t, legal, and human resources experience to help further advance the mission of the organizati­on that has served the greater West Chester community for over 70 years. “We are thrilled to welcome Tom as our new Executive Director,” says Don Verdiani, President of Good Fellowship Ambulance & EMS Training Institute. “He will bring experience, enthusiasm, great communicat­ion skills and a fresh perspectiv­e to our organizati­on. We feel very lucky to have found him and look forward to a successful and invigorati­ng future with him at the helm.”

When Wilcox assumes the role March 13th, he will manage all day-to day operations for Chester County’s largest emergency medical services and profession­al EMS education organizati­on. His diverse background will allow him to build strong relationsh­ips based on respect, transparen­cy, integrity, and trust.

Currently holding active licenses to practice law and real estate, Wilcox has held several legal and management positions with various nonprofit and for-profit organizati­ons over his career. Wilcox also taught law at Villanova Law School and at Xi’an Jiaotong University in China. He currently serves and has served on numerous local Boards and volunteere­d his time for several nonprofits. Wilcox’s education includes a Bachelor of Arts Biology, Education from Gordon College, Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law, and a Master of Business Administra­tion from Temple University School of Business & Management.

Wilcox is the successor to Kimberly Holman as Executive Director, who left to take a position as a management consultant in August of 2022. Charles “Chaz” Brogan, Good Fellowship’s Director of Operations, has been serving as Interim Executive Director since that time.
