Attorney general: Too late for Brown to get on ballot

The time has passed for Shaun Brown to appear as an independent candidate on the 2nd Congressional District ballot. On behalf of the Department of Elections, the attorney general’s office wrote that a motion Brown filed seeking another crack at filing an appeal is moot.

Robert Kimball: After complaining about voter fraud for years, the Republicans have a clear case of it and will not take it.

Dianne Childress: She should take a stand against the people who really sabotaged her and stand with the Dems now. Keep the liars who really caused the problem out of office. This is a real problem and it’s systemic.
