The Bible is God’s love letter to his children
Is God really God?
This is a question many people are asking not only today, but in every past generation.
People continue to research the Bible and other books for relating truths. There are many past documents and results left from research in the past, all seriously desiring to know the answer to, is God really God?
How would you feel if people were still looking, digging for answers to verify your own great inventions of years ago? Especially when the answer long ago was released to the world? God himself verified it thousands of years ago when he said, “There is nothing I did not create.”
To date, no one else has been able to present, nor prove anything different. Yet people read books written by other authors and sometimes do not even question the authenticity of the author or the information released. Although some people do read many books more acceptingly based on the teachings and suggestions of others regarding the Bible.
Some often do receive, believe and format their actions according to the Bible as it is seen by others. Often, these are books relating mostly to their own personal life experiences and the author’s answers could provide help. These do not usually come with any guaranteed promises of good results. Also this could be misleading information we could not always depend upon today, or for the needs of our tomorrows.
I do grant you that some of the information we receive from others can be helpful. Many are released from situations, which have been tried and tested in laboratories and by individuals with good results.
In some foreign countries, there were those who openly resisted the reality of a heavenly God. They did this by denouncing and constructing their own carved imitation gods out of stones and wood.
Yet some who accepted these gods out of fear lived continuously under threatening torments from those who controlled, dictated and manipulated their lives. It has been proposed that this exists even today in cults and similar organizations in the United States.
The seriousness of this all is that we could receive, believe or base our life’s future efforts according to information supplied by someone else in a book. I was out walking early one morning looking at the beauty around me and thanking God, when I heard this spoken word clearly: “You can see me in everything upon, above and beneath you on earth.”
This was the first day I began really looking with an open heart, eyes and mind with great expectations to see this world, where I had been birthed. Now almost every time I go outside, I take time to center my mind on seeing, listening and being educated about His existence, his world and his people.
The Holy Bible can teach you truths no other books can. Some people still question the reality of God speaking to humans.
Take time and think of this: Do you believe our Creator would create a world of people he could not communicate with? God speaking to humans is nothing new. He spoke to the first man and woman.
We often see and read books that are inspired by God’s Holy Bible. These words are often released by him directly to humans through the presence of his Holy Spirit — their spiritual power and their guide.
Dr. Joy Gatling and I have been given many blessings from and by God in this manner for ourselves and others. We see miracles, his promises coming to pass, people healed of sicknesses, even raised from the dead. We have never known, nor seen his word to fail, because we believe in the power of God, the sacrifice of Jesus Christ his son and the Holy Spirit presence.
Also, we do not allow ourselves to doubt God’s words. If you have never experienced real love before, it has been released for you. God loves you and every human alive today and ever to be born on Earth.
Therefore, be joyful and let God’s peace abide, regardless of these troubling days ahead.
God has promised to protect and keep you as you acknowledge and reach out to him in faith. Enjoy this beautiful life and world God offers. This column is mostly to let you know this truth — regardless of race, color or age, nothing on Earth can separate you from the love of Jesus (Rom. 8:39).
