Two pizze­rias bring new fla­vors to Hampton Roads

Con­sider it a tale of two piz­zas. Dur­ing the early weeks of the pan­demic, a pair of small, lo­cal pizza restau­rants man­aged to open their doors in Hampton Roads. Each serves pies like few oth­ers in the re­gion. And each is also noth­ing like the other.

The two restau­rants, one in the Red Mill shop­ping cen­ter in Vir­ginia Beach and the other in a Williamsbu­rg an­tiques mall, are lo­cated on op­po­site sides of the Tide­wa­ter map. The piz­zas they’re mak­ing would barely rec­og­nize
