I voted! Thank you General Assembly and our poll workers for making voting easy and safe. As a health care worker who cannot afford to be late to work with the current pandemic, I decided to vote absentee ballot this year. Then, with all the concern about the mail delivery, I decided to vote in person.
It was so easy. There was free parking, no line and numerous precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Bring a mask, an ID and if you asked for an absentee ballot, bring it unopened. You have until 5 p.m. on Oct. 31 for early in-person voting. So vote!
