Skydiver injured

A skydiving incident left a woman seriously injured Saturday morning.

Police, fire and EMS responded to a call at the Suffolk Executive Airport around 11:30 a.m.

An unidentified woman landed on top of an aircraft hangar near the 1200 block of Gene Bolton Drive, site of Skydive Suffolk. She suffered serious injuries and was taken to a local hospital.
