Trump threatens to declare state of emergency

The partial government shutdown is drawing criticism from various sides, and President Trump is threatening to declare a state of emergency to fund his long-promised border wall with Mexico.

Like nearly all drugs trafficked across the border, they were intercepted by agents at official ports of entry ...” OK, so what would more walls have done? Nothing. The current barriers are doing their job.
