State football championship tickets available

On Saturday, three South Hampton Roads football teams — Oscar Smith, Maury and Lake Taylor — will compete for VHSL state titles.

Tickets for the games, which cost $10, can be purchased at the venue on the day of the game or online by clicking the link on VHSL.org. Tickets cannot be purchased at the schools.

At Hampton

University,

Maury (14-0) will face Stone Bridge (12-1) of Ashburn in the Class 5 title game at noon, and Oscar Smith (13-1) will face South County (14-0) of Lorton at 4:30 p.m. in Class 6.

In Class 4, Lake Taylor (12-2) will face Tuscarora (13-1) of Loudoun County at 4:30 p.m. at Liberty University in Lynchburg.
