“When I first came in i had to think about everything i did each day because my knees hurt. If i planned my day i knew where i was going and what i was doing, and if i was going to be gone too long i would take Tylenol. I started the treatments, and about half way through I realized... they didn’t ache anymore! The pain was actually gone! My knees feel good, and I’m now walking “more than i ever have recently.

Osteoarthritis is commonly referred to as” wear and tear” of the joints. This wear and tear is often cause by instability in the

muscles and conanective tissue that support the knee joint, causing more pressure to be placed on the cartilage and wearing it down. To effectively reduce chronic knee pain, these supporting

structures must be in balance, like the alignment on a car.
