Method Man Redman to headline Shaggfest X

Method Man & Redman are coming to Virginia Beach.

Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater announced the superstar rap duo as headliners of Z104’s Shaggfest X, which is June 17.

Toosii, BIA and more are also scheduled to perform at the pavilion-only event, which is part of the Langley Concert Series.

The pre-sale is going on now, and general ticket sales begin Friday. They can be purchased at Livenation.com or at the amphitheater box office.

Method Man is also a member of the Wu-Tang Clan, who were scheduled to headline the final night of Something in the Water on Sunday at the Oceanfront. But severe weather — which eventually spawned an EF-3 tornado that wreaked havoc in the Great Neck area of Virginia Beach — forced the cancellation of the festival’s finale.
