Unfit to govern

-

As we march steadily toward a government default and the serious consequences it will or would bring to this country and its citizens, one would hope the executive and legislative branches would come to terms for the benefit of all citizens. This game of chicken is immature and needs to stop. Neither party has demonstrated that it is fit to govern this country in a manner to benefit all.

It is time that “woke” stop and not allow minority groups to take precedence over the majority. Inclusion is one thing, but what is going on is not inclusion; the majority is being excluded in having a voice on how it would like this country run. Bathroom usage is ridiculous; it should be based on the sex at birth. The female gender of all ages should not be impacted in the use of facilities because of a selfish minority of the population.

I agree with the Republicans that there are costs that can be cut and should be cut as the federal government should not be funding them. Student debt should not be forgiven; they knew what they were getting into. Spending should be capped at the current levels, but the debt ceiling needs to be raised in the best interest of the country. Both parties must be bound to seriously negotiate budget cuts immediately after the raising of the debt level. Both branches of government need to demonstrate that they can govern and deserve to be elected to office in the best interest of the people, the majority of the citizens, as you cannot please everyone.
