Poquoson: Collections will be picked up one day later than scheduled. James City County: Curbside recycling will be delayed by one day next week. Live Christmas trees may be placed curbside for collection on normal collection day. Trees must be free of stands, lights, ornaments and decorations. Hampton: Monday’s collections will be picked up Wednesday. Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Virginia Beach: no collection changes Monday.

On Sunday, bus, light rail, Naval Station Norfolk Base Express and paratransit will operate on a Sunday schedule. The ferry will operate on a regular schedule. On Monday, bus, light rail, Naval Station Norfolk Base Express and paratransit will operate on a Sunday schedule, except for 757 Express Route 960 and the ferry, which will not operate. Waller Mill Park will be closed Sunday and Monday.
