Tinted windows

The owners of vehicles with dark tinted windows should be ticketed, and those cars should not be on the road until they have the dark tinted windows cleared.

I understand the desire for back seat darkness because of children, but the rear window, driver side window and passenger side window should be clear enough that you can see what the driver is doing and who’s in the car.
