RACING INCENTIVES

• Twenty stakes races, each with a purse of $100,000 • Overnight races restricted to Indiana-bred and/

or Indiana-sired horses • Four signature stakes, each contested at $150,000. Indiana-sired horses that finish first, second, or third receive an additional 25 percent purse bonus • Purse supplement­s of 40 percent for Indianabre­d horses that finish first, second, or third in eligible open races at Indiana Grand

BREEDING INCENTIVES

• Breeders’ awards of 20 percent of the total purse for any Indiana-bred horse that wins an eligible open race. (Awards are not paid on claiming races where the claiming price is below $10,000) • Stallion owner awards of 10 percent of the total purse for any Indiana-sired horse that wins an eligible race. (Awards are not paid on claiming races where the claiming price is below $10,000) • Out-of-state breeders’ awards of 10 percent of the winner’s share of the purse when there is not a live meet in progress in Indiana. (Award is capped at $10,000)
