BEST BET: RACE 8, REBELDE

FIRST RACE

HARD TO CAPTURE a $95K purchase earlier this year at OBS. Has shown some zip in the a.m. prepping for bow. Jock/trainer combo have been on fire this meet. ADIAMO a homebred by freshman sire Long Island Sound and kin to Blazing Brooke, who placed in a couple of legs of the Fla. Sire Series at 2. SIGNORA one of two in here from Hamm barn along with more experienced Mirth ‘n Merriment.

SECOND RACE

VOW ME NOW well spotted back with $16K starter company after near miss in overnight stakes last time. Must avoid early conflict with old friend Kroy. CUESTION DE TIEMPO no match for preferred choice in their previous meeting but continues to hold form well. Might turn tables if favorite not quite at his best today. HIGH NOON RIDER tailed off a bit last time but the best late threat should this one tie up at the end.

THIRD RACE

Just guessing which of the new faces might be best since the experienced ones have all been beaten double digit lengths to date. SHE NASTY showed some promise two back from the pole and has been well prepped for bow with six published works on her resume’.SONG OF THE HEART a big question mark for top connections having done all her prep work in Ocala. Tab board here. Same goes for RACHEL DREAM another who could be anything coming off the farm.

FOURTH RACE

MON PARADIS has finished in front of 17 of the 20 rivals she’s met in her last pair, just missing despite slow beginning last time. Knocking on door. JAZZY T another lightly raced 3yo filly who comes off far and away her best yet despite unlucky start of her own. MIRANDA SOFIA has had plenty of chances but hard to leave out of the equation returning for this tag.

FIFTH RACE

WEISSER back to the main off failed turf experiment for new connections off the claim. Looks like controlling speed in this one if away running from the outset. BENEFACTOR the logical choice plunging for this tag for high percentage owner-trainer combo. Main caveat the fact he hasn’t seen the winner’s circle in a long time.TAAMER on fringes in previous two tries against open claiomers for this tag. Should be able to grab at least another minor share.

SIXTH RACE

SKY INTEREST turned in credible effort in her debut and could spring the moderate upset with expected improvement. AWESOME VIEW strictly one to beat after chasing gate to wire winner Pretzel last time. Must get away cleaner than in her two previous outings at 3. PIPER has burnt quite a bit of chalk in last two tries and facing prospect of potential speed duel with equally fleet World Gone Wild.

SEVENTH RACE

MONY ran afoul of Easy Stride, who freaked to far and away career best 73 Beyer, when dropping to this level for first time. Was easily best of others, looks to be sitting on a win for this tag. DILIGENT has rallied to hit the board in each of last pair for this tag. Hard to ignore. CALL BROS another who is a good fit at this level. Holy Meister and American Phenom make this race tough to figure both giant question marks showing up for bottom N2L turf tag.

EIGHTH RACE

Pace scenario could be what the doctor ordered for REBELDE who had misfortune of catching Tune In last out, the latter now in the midst of a four race winning streak. Repeat of either of his last two efforts should be good enough here. CREA’S BKLYN LAW no match for top one in their previous encounter and perhaps a bit over-matched last time but continues to hold form reasonably well, hard to keep out of the number somewhere.

MALIBU MAX steps up for twice the tag off well graded mile score. Must prove he can repeat the effort for new barn.

RED WIND has found trouble of one kind or another in all recent tries but sitting on a win at this level with any kind of racing luck after coming out second best behind 3-2 Take Me as I Am last time. OUR TEN ANGELS blew clear leads near midstretch in each of last two starts but obviously another ready to graduate for this tag. TWICEFOURTEEN over-matched in debut, now sheds the shades and getting ample class relief to consider dangerous with one under the belt.
