STOLEN CAR: A woman told police someone stole her 2015 Nissan when she left it to warm up in her garage in the 5500 block of Jessica Drive Dec. 22.

BURGLARY: A shed storing vintage Corvette parts outside of Patti G’s Hair Salon and Spa, 15126 Cicero Ave., was burglarized Dec. 22-23.

STOLEN CAR: A couple told police someone stole their 2018 Subaru Outback when they left it running in their driveway in the 15500 block of Sierra Drive Dec. 23. The car contained a cellphone, two pairs of Ray Ban sunglasses and about $3,000 worth of children’s Christmas presents as well as other items, police said.

RETAIL THEFT: Michael Gibrick, 39, of Wheeling, was arrested and accused of retail theft after police said he stole numerous boxes of cold and allergy medicine and digestive pills from Jewel Osco, 5616 W. 159th St. on Dec. 26, police said.

RESISTING POLICE: Ronald Zabel, 48, of the 12800 block of Crestbrook Court, Crestwood, was arrested and accused of retail theft, criminal trespassing and resisting police at Jewel, 15440 Central Ave., after fleeing from police on his bicycle Dec. 31, police said.

CAR BURGLARY: A man told police someone stole his wallet from his unlocked car when he was parked in the 14900 block of Sheila Court Jan. 2-3.

TIRES SLASHED: A man told police someone slashed all four of his tires and stole the stereo from his unlocked car when he was parked in the 4700 block of 149th Street Jan. 3.
