“Love on Harbor Island”

(8 p.m., Hallmark): Interior designer Lily Summers (Morgan Kohan) is generating a lot of buzz with her work in Seattle, but she drops everything and takes a leave of absence after her Aunt Maggie (Brenda Matthews) suffers a bad fall. Flying back to her rustic small-town island community, Lily takes over running her aunt’s bed-and-breakfast while she recuperate­s.

“NBA Basketball”

(2:30 p.m., TNT): Two teams jockeying for playoff position in the West get down to business in Orlando, Fla., where Donovan Mitchell and the Utah Jazz go up against Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets. Jokic turned in a stellar performanc­e the last time these teams met in February, scoring 31 points to go with 21 rebounds and 10 assists in leading the way to a 98-95 Nuggets victory, their second in two tries against the Jazz.

“License to Kill”

(6 p.m., 12 a.m., OXY): Plastic surgeon Terry Dubrow (“Botched”) returns as host of this true-crime series, which opens a 12-episode sophomore season with more stories of crimes committed by medical profession­als. This season, Dubrow uses his medical expertise to take viewers into the mind of each killer, while investigat­ing why these villains committed their crimes and how authoritie­s stopped them.

“Earthfligh­t”

(7 p.m., 2:10 a.m., BBCA): The new episode “Africa” takes viewers arrow-diving with Cape gannets as they bob and weave above sharks, dolphins and whales that are joining the great sardine run. Soaring African fish eagles discover an S-shaped living island composed entirely of flamingos, while kelp gulls get an aerial view of the Great White shark’s hunting behavior. Eagles fly through the mist-filled Victoria Falls, then dive for fish in the Zambezi River.

“Countdown”

(8 p.m., Showtime): A group of teenagers downloads a new mobile phone app called Countdown, which claims to advise the user how much time they have left before they die. One of them, Courtney (Anne Winters), is horrified to discover she only has a few hours remaining — and when she consciousl­y avoids a dangerous situation, she receives a message from the app that she has “violated the user agreement,” and she meets her end another way.

“Hotel Paranormal”

(9 p.m., 1 a.m., TRAVEL): In the new “When Ghosts Attack,” the appearance of a spectral bride on a hotel balcony instantly turns a paranormal skeptic into a true believer, while a group of ghostly orphans assails a father and daughter in New Orleans. In another chilling segment, a man manages to fight off an assault by a ghostly serial killer at a roadside motel. Dan Aykroyd is the narrator.
