I have to praiseOrland Park for taking steps

to revoke Sky Zone Trampoline Park’s business operating license. I’m glad that they had the will to follow through on it. We’ve seen a lot of suburban businesses get away with numerous violations and citations, such as the notoriousManny’s Blue Room in Robbins or the violence-ridden Chuck E. Cheese in Oak Lawn. Such places are an embarrassment to the suburbs and often frequented by people who don’t knowhowto behave civilly in public.

Iwanted to relax Sunday and watch the Bears

game, but they pushed that Black LivesMatter onme. I will no longerwatch sports. We fought a CivilWar to free the Blacks and unite this nation. Arewe to have two separate nations now with two different national anthems. Thismovement is anarchy and it is ridiculous.

Iwould like to comment on the football players

taking a knee again. They disrespect our flag, they disrespect our veterans and Iwould like to tell everybody that our family, friends and us are notwatching football anymore. And I would also like to let the sponsors know. We turned off the television as soon as we sawit andwent to play cards.

I just read the column by Ted Slowik and the

Sky Zone incident in Orland Park. My view is not as much about the color of skin and expensive cars but the lack of supervision of minors in the facility. Wherewere the parents? Also there is no denying that crime is increasing in the area: the attempted car jacking at a Mokena gas station; the carjacking at theHomer GlenMcDonald’s; and at the attempt atNorman’s Cleaners at 8 a.m. in Orland Park.

In response to Ted Slowik’s column with his liberal spin

excuse regarding Orland Park’s crackdown on the Sky Zone business. He goes to the usual race card and income disparity spin instead of addressing the noncompliant, unlawful and unsafe code violations. Also, he seems to forget here in Oak Lawn Chuck E. Cheese used to be a nice family destination restaurant until certain violence and criminal instances filled up your Southtown police blotter.
