FIRST TEAM

Jenni Andjelic, Lincoln-Way Central, senior, midfielder: Totaled 15 goals and eight assists for Class 3A thirdplace finisher. All-state and all-conference. Committed to Milwaukee.

Paige Bingen, Lemont, junior, midfielder: Had five goals and seven assists for sectional finalist. All-state and South Suburban Blue’s player of the year.

Leah Crotty, Andrew, senior, midfielder: Finished with eight goals and five assists for regional champion in return from torn ACL. All-state, all-conference and repeat all-area. Committed to Illinois State.

Gina Czochara, Marist, junior, forward: Scored programrec­ord 28 goals and added 12 assists for sectional finalist. All-sectional and all-conference.

Karli Ferguson, Sandburg, senior, forward: Erupted for 30 goals and 12 assists for sectional finalist despite missing several games with broken nose. All-sectional and SouthWest Suburban Blue’s player of the year. Committed to Dayton.

Gema Garibay, De La Salle, senior, midfielder: Contribute­d two goals and five assists while playing a defensive role. Helped Meteors to 13 shutouts and program’s first sectional title.

All-state, all-conference and repeat all-area. Committed to SIU Edwardsvil­le.

Grace Grundhofer, LincolnWay Central, senior, defender: Dynamic table-setter had 23 assists. Also scored five goals while leading Class 3A thirdplace finisher to 21 shutouts. All-state and SouthWest Suburban Red’s player of the year. Committed to Fort Hayes State.

Alexa Hadley, Lincoln-Way Central, junior, goalkeeper: Had 21 shutouts and allowed only eight goals. Recorded 0.30 goals-against average. All-sectional and allconfere­nce.

Sarah Matuszek, Lockport, senior, defender: Led regional champion to 12 shutouts. Also contribute­d eight goals and six assists. All-sectional and repeat all-area. Charlene Mendoza, Bloom, junior, forward: Scored program-record 55 goals and added six assists. Allsection­al, all-conference and repeat all-area.

Erin O’Connor, Sandburg, senior, defender: Four-year varsity starter led Eagles to eight shutouts. All-state and repeat all-area.

SECOND TEAM

Liz Cardwell, Joliet Catholic, freshman, forward: Had 28 goals and six assists. Allconfere­nce.

Azucena Diaz, De La Salle, senior, defender: Helped Meteors to 13 shutouts while totaling three goals and five assists. All-conference.

Christine Erdman, LincolnWay Central, junior, defender: Led Knights to 21 shutouts. Had 19 goals and 13 assists. All-sectional and allconfere­nce. Committed to Bowling Green.

Lindsay Fortier, Lincoln-Way East, senior, goalkeeper: Had 12 shutouts and allowed just 14 goals. Recorded a 0.64 goals-against average. All-sectional. Committed to St. Norbert.

Bre Herlihy, Lincoln-Way East, sophomore, midfielder: Totaled 13 goals and nine assists for regional champion. All-sectional and all-conference.

Suzie Knutte, Lemont, junior, forward: Produced 27 goals and 16 assists. All-state and all-conference.

Emily Mendoza, Eisenhower, senior, forward: Scored 11 goals and dished out 17 assists. All-sectional and South Suburban Red’s player of the year.

Jazzlyne Orozco, De La Salle, senior, midfielder: Had 18 goals and eight assists. Broke program record for career goals with 66. All-conference. Ixchel Pelayo, Bloom, senior, midfielder: Finished with 20 goals and 25 assists. Allsection­al and all-conference. Committed to St. Francis. Karolina Stasik, Lockport, senior, forward: Scored program-record 27 goals and added eight assists. Allsection­al and all-conference. Zoey Trout, Lincoln-Way West, senior, midfielder: Had 12 goals and four assists. Allsection­al and all-conference.
