History’s Greatest Heists With Pierce Brosnan History, 9 p.m. ■ New Series
Pierce Brosnan hosts this eight-episode series that uncovers the meticulous planning, daring execution and shocking aftermath behind some of the most elaborate real-life heists in history, including the notorious Lufthansa heist, the halfbillion-dollar Gardner Museum art theft, the diamond heist in Antwerp and more. The series uses dramatic re-creations, firstperson witness accounts and special effects that embed Brosnan into each heist to break down every aspect of the plans and put viewers in the center of the action.
