Animal Rescue Foundation hosts Holiday Pawty
MEDIA >> Ten years have gone by, and hundreds of lives have been saved. Saved by a group of everyday people supporting a cause they care about passionately.
Who are these amazing heroes saving hundreds of lives a year? The Animal Rescue Foundation of Southeastern Pennsylvania and its volunteers, fosters, adopters, donors and advocates.
The Animal Rescue Foundation of Southeastern Pennsylvania celebrates 10 years of successful rescues with its annual Holiday Pawty 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20, at the Towne House, 117 Veterans Square.
Come one, come all, to celebrate and help raise funds to rescue more dogs and cats in the region.
The work the Animal Rescue Foundation of Southeastern Pennsylvania does to save dogs and cats is based entirely around teamwork. The foundation operates completely via foster homes, and there is no shelter base. Dogs and cats are rescued from high-kill shelters, and placed with dedicated foster parents until ARF can find them the right home.
As a No-kill nonprofit animal rescue, the support of everyday people is always needed.
The Animal Rescue Foundation’s Holiday Pawty is its biggest fundraiser of the year, as well as a celebration to thank ARF supporters. There will be dinner, dancing, a basket auction and more. The ARF family is forever growing and it is always looking to meet new people interested in supporting the rescue of southeastern Pennsylvania’s pets.
