John E. “Jack” Moore

John E. “Jack” Moore, 67 of West Chester, PA died Thursday December 31, 2015 at Neighborhood Hospice Inpatient Unit WestChester, PA.

He was the husband of Debrah S. Denton Moore.

Born March 20, 1948 in Chester, PA he was the son of the late John C. Moore and the late Ruth Cozzins Moore.

Jack was raised in Chichester, PA, graduated from Chichester High School and was a U.S. Army Medic during the Vietnam War.

He owned and operated Jack Moore Plumbing and Heating for over 30 years.

Jack was an avid golfer and member of West Chester Golf and Country Club.

He was a member of Church of the Loving Shepherd of West Chester, PA, member of F & AM Masonic Lodge #322 of West Chester, PA and a lifetime member of the VFW Post #845 of Downingtown, PA.

Jack enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson and was a HOG member.

In addition to his wife, Jack is survived by his son, Michael K. Tillman (Debbie) of West Chester, PA; daughter, Tricia A. Ushler of Claymont, DE; granddaughter, Zoey A. Ushler; step-son, Ryan C. Stradley of West Chester, PA; step-daughter, Emma C. Stradley of West Chester, PA; brother, Larry H. Moore of Marcus Hook, PA and brother, N. Tom Moore of Folsom, PA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins

Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitations from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm on Thursday January 7, 2016; with a 7:00 pm Masonic Service and from 10-11 a.m. Friday January 8, 2016 at DellaVecchia, Reilly, Smith & Boyd Funeral Home, 410 N. Church St., West Chester, PA 610-696-1181; www.DellaFH.com, followed by his Funeral Service at 11:00 am.

Interment will be private.
