Barbara L Percival, 85, of Essington, PA, died Monday August 22, 2016 in Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, Darby, PA.

Born in Pottsville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Monroe P. and the late C. (Auber) Lesher.

Barbara was a resident of Essington for the past 8 years coming from Holmes, PA. She was a retired Bookkeeper, employed by Blue Cross & Blue Shield. She loved to travel. Barbara was a member of Folsom School House seniors and a life member of the Ladies Auxillary VFW Herbert W. Best Post 928.

Predeceased by her husband John E. Percival, Jr., son John E. Percival III and her sister Mary Ann Lesher.

Survived by her Signicant Other, John Bettcher; Agnes grandson, John Percival IV and her Sister, Sr. Claire Lesher.

Memorial Mass Monday at 11:00 am at St. Margaret Mary Alacoque Church, Wanamaker Ave. & Governor Printz Blvd, Essington.

Friends may call Monday from 1030am- 11am at St. Margaret Mary Alacoque Church. Interment will be private In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be sent to American Cancer Assoc., 1626 Locust St, Philadelphia, PA. 19103 or VFW Herbert W.
