Marie Felicia Connors (nee Lenzi)

Marie Felicia Connors (nee Lenzi), age 83, passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2016 in Chandler Hall, Newtown.

Born on November 18, 1933 to the late Margaret and Pasquale Lenzi, Marie was born and raised in Marcus Hook, PA. She had attended Notre Dame Academy and was a graduate of Ridley Park High School. She was married to Roland (Duke) Connors for 52 years and had resided in Ridley Park. After Duke’s passing in 2005, Marie lived with her daughter and son-in-law in Langhorne, PA and had most recently resided at Chandler Hall in Newtown. Marie had a funloving spirit and a deep religious faith. She was never without her rosaries and loved to attend rosary services at Chandler Hall.

Marie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Duke, her siblings, Patricia Mallon and Carmen Lenzi. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Margaret Boccuti and her husband, Joseph, of Langhorne, with whom she had resided until moving to Newtown. She is also survived by her two grandsons and their wives, Michael (Courtney) and Matthew (Anne Marie) Boccuti.

Relatives and friends will be received at Our Lady of Grace Church, 225 Bellevue Ave, Penndel, PA 19047 on Tuesday, December 27th from 10-11 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11 A.M. Interment will take place in Lawncroft Cemetery, Linwood, PA.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions in Marie’s memory be made to Chandler Hall, 99 Barclay Street, Newtown, PA 18940.
