PennDOT seeks bids to relocate Upper Chi photo center

-

PennDOT has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to relocate the Upper Chichester Photo License Center and to establish a new, co-located Photo License Center within zip codes 19128, 19129, 19131, or 19140. The RFP number is 3516R01. The Upper Chichester Photo License Center is currently located at Stony Pond Plaza, 481 Conchester Highway, Aston.

Currently, 16 of PennDOT’s 26 stand-alone photo license centers are co-located with thirdparty businesses. The RFP is open to many types of businesses, such as grocery stores and pharmacies (see RFP for details).

“Co-locations are a great opportunity, both for our customers and our partner businesses,” explained Secretary of Transportation Leslie S. Richards. “Customers can enjoy the added convenience of photo license services in businesses they already frequent, and business partners benefit from increased traffic to their location. It’s truly a win-win.”
