I’d like to give a shout out to Pat from Loughead Nissan. I’m a senior citizen and he did a great job helping me with my car. I had a major problem and he was very kind to me, A lot of car dealership employees get a bad rap and I want to say this young man was very nice with me. I would like to thank him very much for his kindness and patience with me. My car felt brand new after he fixed it. I feel he should be acknowledged for the kindness that he showed me. STICK TO THE ISSUES
Hey Sound Off, enough already about stupid politicians. We need to get to the real issues like the WOGL management removing Rockin’ Ron Cade and his “Elvis & Friends” show from the air. That was real stupidity. We want them back on the air. MRS. Z
THE HARD TRUTH
I would agree with “Liberalism Is A Disease” as far as the old “the definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result” cliché goes. LBJ’s Great Society programs and War on Poverty have only furthered intergenerational poverty, yet the left continues to cling to these tired ideas 50 years later. I can understand politicians supporting them because they guarantee votes. As far as the public goes, I think some know the truth but delude themselves because supporting this broken system makes them feel like a “nice person,” while others are complete ideologues and will buy into it no matter what.
NOTHING NEW HERE
“Just Wondering Dan” mentions that people voting for Trump were actually voting against business as usual in Washington. Meanwhile, business as usual in Washington is still going on. The Republicans are hurting the middle class and hurting the poor and giving the money to the rich just like they always do. There’s no difference in Washington which Trump in there as there would be if he wasn’t in there.
WASTE OF TIME
Yeah, I wish Donald Trump would stop wasting time and tax taxpayer money on this travel ban nonsense. With all the shootings we have at schools and in hospitals and churches and everything, it’s not even going to be safer for terrorists to come here. They’re going to stop coming on their own, so why even bother?

Much like with “Bridgegate,” I think Democrats are just upset with Chris Christie because he took a page out of the New Jersey Democratic playbook and did it better than they could have. JUST SAYING
TRUMP THE TWIT
The fact that Donald Trump is up at 3 o’clock in the morning on Twitter should give anyone with half a brain very much cause for alarm. Because instead of our commander-in-chief getting rest, which he definitely needs to run our country, he is up on the “Twittersphere.” But of course the Trump supporters see nothing wrong with this and have no problem with this because they are so stupid they don’t realize how strange this is. ONE WHO KNOWS
THE FIRST FAKE PRESIDENT
I agree with “John With Eddystone” that “fake news begets fake president.” We had eight years of a fake in office who had no real federal-level experience but very real experience with the far left in one of the worst city governments in the country thanks to Chris “I felt a thrill run up my leg” Matthews and the rest of the New York and LA media elites. So if “John From Eddystone” is upset with Trump, he should thank the media for their nonsense with Obama and Hillary that drove people to vote for Trump.
IT BEGAN HERE
You know what I don’t get? On the Fourth of July, New York and Washington, D.C., always get most of the credit for Independence Day, which is wrong. Philadelphia was the city that stored that’s not only a nation but it’s Independence Day – the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall. But evidently it’s always New York and Washington that get the big show of things, which is wrong. Philadelphia is the main city of the Fourth of July. God bless America.
