A headline in the Times noted “Toomey touts GOP tax reform.” Well, of course he’s going to. He was the head of the Club for Growth for a while – a bunch of rich people who believe they shouldn’t have to pay taxes at all.
STORM WEATHER
These weather people make me laugh with their commentary. Didn’t it ever rain when they were kids, when it was windy and rainy? Yes, it did. But have to make these rain storms with 35 mph winds sound like a major hurricane and drum up their ratings. Hey “Susie Secane,” you tell me how you know that Trump works seven days a week, since you say it repeatedly. Unlike Obama, who was up reading paperwork late at night, your boy claims he doesn’t like to read. And how do we know that he goes golfing? Because he talks about it all the time – what a great golfer he is, how much money he makes, blah, blah blah. I guess “Susie Secane” must be one of Trump’s millionaire buddies, waiting for their bonus to come in and the “death tax” to be repealed. It’s amazing – the Phillies are going to hire a guy whose claim to fame is that he has 11 tattoos. He managed one year in the minors and led his team to a 58-81 record. I really enjoyed the article on Sun Ship – very well written. You know, 5,000 skilled tradesmen worked in there, building fine ships. Now it’s the side of the casino. We also worked up in Bethlehem Steel at the steel mill, with thousands of skilled craftsmen up there making steel for our bridges and skyscrapers. Now it’s the site of a casino. You have to feel sorry for the young people today who don’t have a clue as far as good quality entertainment is concerned.
I say this because of the sewage that comes out of Hollywood, the so-called music industry and television. These kids have been weaned on that sort of stuff and they have no idea what the good entertainment is. It’s really sad for families that sexual innuendo and filth is passed off on these kids and it’s accepted as commonplace. I’m truly glad I grew up when I did. We had good quality entertainment and we knew what good quality entertainment was. It’s truly sad. Bring back the old days, we could use it.

I know three people have never been held accountable for anything they have done otherwise. Number one is Barack Obama. In the woeful eight years that he was president of the United States, he was never held responsible for anything he did and said, no matter how wrong it was. Then you have the Clintons. I almost fell out of my chair this week when I heard a Democrat on TV say that Hillary Clinton had nothing whatever to do with the Uranium One deal; “it was all done by her staffers.” Are you kidding me? She was the secretary of state. It was under her watch. And we all know about Bill. He lied under oath and got away with it. Tell me these people don’t need a charm life.

To “Genuine Folks,” better that Trump genuinely be a jerk sitting at the end of a bar in Queens than Hillary changing her accent depending on what part of the country a rally is in.
