It’s amazing to me how lazy the young adults are. I came home after the snowstorm Thursday. I walked in the house and my 25-year-old nephew was playing Xbox. I got two shovels and went outside. He never looked up. It took over an hour to clear the snow. It was the most disrespectful thing I have ever witnessed in my life. I am 60 years old; he’s 25. What is wrong with this picture? Amen to the caller looking for kids to come around shoveling snow. I remember back in the day, my father would send me out to the older people on the street first to shovel their snow before I came back and shoveled my own. And he would tell me, “Just shovel, don’t knock, come home.” The gentleman is right about the kids today – all they want to do is play video games and hold their cell phone up to their nose. Is there any where on Facebook where it tells you to go shovel snow for old people in the neighborhood?

This is a disgrace that Trump wants to arm teachers. It’s very dangerous. I don’t believe it at all. What they what we need to do is put the NRA in its place. They’re running the country and they’re running the government. This is a disgrace with guns. Guns kill and they should take them away from people. PROTEST THIS
I saw the students walking out in protest of gun violence and the very sad thing happened in Florida. Well, as a citizen paying school taxes in Upper Darby, I would like to walk out due to fiscal assault. Smaller class sizes, kids being off in 1 inch of snow – this is a disgrace. The teachers union wants smaller class sizes because guess what? That means more teachers, more salaries, more benefits, more retirement. I am so disgusted with this stuff. It’s a disgrace. Congratulations to the NRA. You have finally managed to take a human tragedy where so many children’s lives were lost and turn it into a windfall for you by coming up with putting guns in the schools. You should be ashamed of yourself.
GOP SCAMS SENIORS
I find it really amazing there are so many seniors who continue to vote Republican when Republicans have made no secret of the fact that they plan on gutting Social Security and Medicare to pay for the tax cuts for the rich that they just passed. It’s all the papers, it’s all over the news – why aren’t seniors paying attention to this?
