When Penn State Brandywine’s April 10 academic recognition ceremony was on the same day as a home softball doubleheader, Chancellor Kristin Woolever stopped by the field before the games started to present awards to seven players who earned academic honors. They are, from left, freshmen Rachel Cherubini, Kayla Corrente, Ashley Dotey and Haley Grossi; sophomore Alexa Anderson; junior Maddie Malfara; and senior Julie Foeldes.
