DCCC stu­dents in­ducted to tech honor so­ci­ety

MARPLE » Sev­enty-seven Delaware County Com­mu­nity Col­lege stu­dents were re­cently in­ducted into the Na­tional Tech­ni­cal Honor So­ci­ety (NTHS), an in­vi­ta­tion-only so­ci­ety for ca­reer and tech­ni­cal stu­dents who have earned at least a 3.0 GPA and nine col­lege-level cred­its. The new­est in­ductees bring the to­tal num­ber of NTHS mem­bers at the Col­lege to 134.

NTHS serves more than 100,000 stu­dent-mem­bers each year, and has awarded over $1.7 mil­lion in schol­ar­ships to date. In ad­di­tion to schol­ar­ship op­por­tu­ni­ties, mem­bers ben­e­fit from re­sume as­sis­tance as well as lead­er­ship and net­work­ing op­por­tu­ni­ties.
