Ronald C. Scarle of Aldan

Ronald C. Scarle, 84, a resident of Aldan, passed away on April 26, 2018.

Ronald was born in Philadelphia to the late James and Matilda Scarle. Mr. Scarle was a retired Electrician. A member of Local 439 for 65 years, Ron served on the Executive Board and was an instructor. He enjoyed hunting, loved animals, U.S. history, played the harmonica and was a Boy Scout Leader.

He is predeceased by brother James Scarle, sister Virginia Murphy and son in law Frank Boyda.

He is survived by his wife Joan M. (nee Uber) Scarle; children Elizabeth (Mark) Miller, Virginia (Kenneth) Fehr, Shirley Boyda, Ronald (Alice) Scarle, Jr., Kelly Trauger, Edward (Stella) Scarle, Donna (Mark) Seward, Patricia (George) Paulson, William (Dina) Scarle, James (Terry) Scarle, Jennifer (Michael) Burns, David (Christine) Scarle and Daniel (Anea) Scarle; siblings Jane Small, Louise Hammond, Mary Stoner and Patricia Stevens: 22 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

Visitation: Wednesday 10:00 am at Williams Lombardo Funeral Home 33 W. Baltimore Ave. Clifton Hts.

Funeral Service: Wednesday 12:00 pm at Williams Lombardo Funeral Home. Interment: Private. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 399 Market St. Suite 102 Philadelphia, PA 19106 or the Animal Association of your choice.
