Don’t forget to report your swimming results
It’s that time of year again: The summer swimming season is here.
The Daily Times will publish results from the meets ... but only if results of the meets are reported to us promptly and properly.
There is only one way to report results.
For Intra-County and Delco leagues, results must be emailed to sports@delcotimes.com by 2 p.m. the day of the meet.
Please note, we no longer accept mail drop-off or fax submissions. For the Suburban League, which runs its meets during the week, results will be included in the Sunday swimming roundup as long as they are reported by Saturday at 2 p.m.
All results must be typed in the email or attached via jpeg or PDF file and must include all of the following: The final score of the meet and the full names and club affiliation of all triple-winners and record-setters.
Please check spelling of all names to guarantee they are correct, and make sure everything is legible.
If you take a picture of the handwritten results, please be certain that we’ll be able to read everyone’s name (in other words, use a black pen, not a pencil, when filling out your results sheet).
You can call 610-622-8880 to confirm that your results were received. However, we will not take the results over the phone.
