A VOTE FOR KAT

-

I’m calling about Katayoun Copeland and the great job that she has done in Delaware County to try to bust the drugs and the heroin situation. If you need to support anyone, support Katayoun Copeland because she is doing everything she can. I am a Democrat and I will vote for here. Great job, Kat. Keep it up. JACK FROM ASTON

A POX ON TAXES

So now Chester wants to hustle Widener for parking spots. I told you that a long time ago. So you’re in the hustle, everybody hustle. We all want to get rich quick. Give us our money. This is the year of the hustle and the tax. You know what’s going to happen? Same thing happened with cigarettes. Stop smoking. So they come up with a soda tax. So you stop drinking soda. What else are they going to tax?

ANOTHER BRICK IN THE WALL

Donald Trump is swimming in cash from his daddy. He probably really believes that the majority of the people in this country want the wall but the truth is that only the truly stupid in this country are the ones pushing for the wall. All the intelligent people know that the wall won’t work so they don’t want to waste money on it.

STICK WITH WENTZ

To “Carson Go Home,” Carson Wentz is a professional athlete. Obviously this caller never played an organized sport. Athletes will get hurt. When they do, they do everything in their power to get better and stronger. They can return to play their sport.

SAY AGAIN?

Compromise? Donald Trump said today he was willing to compromise with the Democrats. If he was willing to compromise, why did you get up and walk out of the meeting? “Bye-bye.”

MORE FROM KAREN

Karen Brayham should not just be a guest columnist for the paper, she should have a column every day. Everything she said about the Trumpet administration, the border wall, and all the first ladies should be printed on every page so everybody can read it. She was right on point with everything she said. If anybody with any common sense read it they would realize exactly what she said is true. The problem is people like Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer don’t have common sense.

WON’T YOU BE MY FRIEND?

“Magic Mike From Havertown” wonders if it’s one of Trump’s buddies that’s going to get the contract for the wall. Well, the fact is Trump doesn’t have any buddies. He is such a horrible person nobody wants to be friends with Donald Trump.

GRAB A RAKE

Today the California task force on wildfires determined that it was caused by poor forest management. What, no global warming? They have to go in and clean it up once in a while. Get rid of the dead wood. MR. TOM FROM LINWOOD

DIM BULBS IN D.C.

Republicans in Congress are showing that just like the people to vote for them, they’re not very bright. The majority of the country doesn’t want a wall. The majority of the country wants the government open again and they can’t blame the Democrats because the Democrats have already passed the bill in the House to open the government again. So this is all falling on Republicans. These people are just not very bright, apparently.

WHAT SHUTDOWN?

I’m on Medicare. I went to the doctor’s today. I got my prescriptions because the shutdown doesn’t affect us at all. They’re taking care of us and we got our Social Security. So I don’t know what you’re saying.

TRUMP DOESN’T CARE

Let’s get one thing perfectly clear. President Trump doesn’t care about any of these sand-bagging government workers that are out the street on paid vacation. If they don’t like what’s going on, they’re free to go find another job. He’s teaching these people a lesson: “Play games and we’ll play games. I don’t need to get paid I don’t care iff any you do either. But we’re going to secure the border and we’re going to make this country safe on my watch. You don’t like it, you know what you can do. You get out of here.”
