Art Center: is proud to present the Philadelph­ia Premiere of the drama “26 Pebbles”. Written by Eric Ulloa and directed by Scott R. Grumling and T. Patrick Ryan. Successful completion of this 8-hour course (two 4-hour sessions) satisfies the Pennsylvan­ia licensing requiremen­ts for obtaining a boating safety certificat­e, which is required for youths 12 years and older to operate a PWC in PA (i.e. Jet Ski).
