CNN ON THE JOB

Good job, CNN. For once you got away from politics and covered the earthquakes in California. People who have relatives there are thankful for your coverage. Keep it up.

OUT ON THE STREETS

Okay, I just got my school tax bill and thanks a lot, Springfield School District for building this beautiful new school that I’ll will never use. With your taxes I just about make it now. Forget about the taxes, they went up again and it seems like there’s no stopping these people from building these things and our senior citizens have to pay for it. We can’t do it. Have you noticed how many sales signs went up in Springfield Township? Have you counted them? Senior citizens need a break, please help us.

THAT SINKING FEELING

I completely agree with the person who called in Sound Off and said the end is near. I’ve always said this country is like a big ship out on the ocean. You keep piling more and more people on it, like any ship, this country will sink and that is what’s going to happen. If you keep having open borders this ship will sink.

NOT TOO SEXIST

Why are some of the women and the Democratic Party so obnoxious? We have Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Waters, Kamala Harris, Ocasio-Cortez. Ilhan Omar, Hillary Clinton, Kristen Gillibrand and a few others. I don’t recall the women in the Republican Party being so mouthy and outspoken. Even the men in the Democratic Party aren’t as rude and vulgar as the women. What has happened to women today? It’s disgusting.

LEFT FOOT FORWARD

It’s nice to know that our good U.S. Rep. Mary Gay Scanlon of Swarthmore finally figured out there is a humanitarian and security crisis on our southern border. She voted for the bipartisan $4.5 billion emergency package to address the crisis. This was after denying for months that there was a crisis. However, Rep. Scanlon voted against a motion for hiring more immigration judges to handle the processing. That makes no sense unless she wants to exacerbate the crisis for political gain. Rep. Scanlon has also ignored too perverse incentives and loopholes of current U.S. asylum law that underlie the migration problem. It is regretful that our new congresswoman is marching in lockstep with the extreme left. She is out of touch with the fair-minded, common-sense people of Delaware County.

LOW AND LOWER

Of course Donald Trump supported the Secretary of Labor who made a secret deal with a pervert who is involved in sex trafficking. It’s just another example of what a lowlife scumbag Trump is. He’s supporting another little scumbag who is the Secretary of Labor who made a secret plea deal with the scumbag who is a sex trafficker. This is just typical Trump. Trump is the lowest of the low. You couldn’t find anyone lower than Donald Trump, and he is supporting someone who is just as low as he is.

SHADDUP ALREADY

I am so sick and tired of you deranged Dems calling our president a dictator, as in Tuesday’s Sound Off. Every president that I remember since Franklin Roosevelt and yes, I remember Franklin Roosevelt, has had parades and marches and music and flyovers and military hardware and soldiers out on the public forum celebrating our national holidays. And yes, I remember VE day. And yes, I remember when the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor and yes, I even marched in some of those parades. Actually. I rode my tricycle which I had decorated with red white and blue streamers. That’s when it started. And as far as I’m concerned you Dems are just on the wrong side of history. All our presidents have participated in our national holidays. So why don’t you just go away and shut up? TRUMP 2020

WHAT A BORE

Has anybody else noticed that columnist Gordon Glantz appears to be infatuated with President Trump? He finds it impossible to write an article without referring to the president’s “your president not mine.” Give it up, Gordon. We know where you stand. It’s annoying.
