Trump just being brutally honest

How about the Democratic Party coming up with a candidate that’s better than Donald Trump? Don’t tell me that group of people running for president are angelic or even better prepared to lead this country. They are just not as brutally honest as this guy.

The corruption is deep on both sides. Many folks are not even listening to the president himself. They are reading the Daily Times and watching CNN and teaming up on Facebook with not much more to offer than hatred of the President.

If many billions of dollars are given to the city of Baltimore and nothing changes, criticism is warranted. If congresspeople dislike the country, they shouldn’t be in Congress, regardless of color or gender. Violent nut cases come in all colors but the media focuses on the ones they want to.

Today’s Daily Times is not my father’s “Chester Times.” Even my late mom suggested the paper was becoming a “tabloid,” like Star magazine and that was several years ago. I haven’t purchased a Daily Times in a long time. The whole publication is political and “sensationalism.” I get enough Trump hatred without paying for it.

I am ready and willing to vote for someone else when the right person emerges. Until then I’ll take the bad with the good. “Patriotic” does not mean “racist” to many of us. No need to attack me or repeat the anti-Trump crap. Give me a better option and I will listen. I have voted for Democrats as well as Republicans.

That’s my editorial. I admire your willingness to listen to the “pigs” that attack you. I don’t have that ability.
