My 83-year-old mother can’t get an appointment even though my sister and I have been religiously checking all the sites. This vaccine distribution is an embarrassment, we must do better. I don’t want to wait 10 years until I can get mine!
WAY TO GO, SPRINGFIELD
Just saying great job to Springfield commissioners for placing No Turn On Red signs at all intersections and directions at Woodland/Powell roads and Saxer/Powell roads. What they have done, especially with school children crossing constantly is making it all much safer. While I never understood the purpose of Right On Red anyway, I am just grateful that our leaders chose safety first and as a parent of young children, I am grateful to them. You have also made life a bit easier for our town’s school crossing people Well done.

500,000 have died from COVID and ya’ll complain about commercials. Here are some suggestions: When them commercials come on say a little prayer of thanks that you are still alive to see/hear the commercial. Changing the channel does not work? Turn the TV off, read a book, get some exercise. Call a neighbor, a friend or someone living alone to see how they are coping. You will feel better and you will not be frustrated by the commercials. Military veterans and military personnel are injured overseas on a regular basis. You don’t hear a word. A professional golfer is injured in a motor vehicle accident and it makes the 6:00 news. Think we have a problem in this country with our priorities. Thanks a lot.

Donald Trump’s tax forms cannot be kept hidden now, according to the Supreme Court. And what did Donald Trump say? He said justice never should have let this happen, apparently because Donald Trump feels that he doesn’t have to follow the rule of law. And anybody he appoints shouldn’t follow the rule of law either. Fortunately for us, the Supreme Court justices feel that they do have to follow the rule of law. It’s another example of how corrupt Donald Trump is and how little he cares about the rule of law.

I see that “Republican in Secane” or wherever he’s from his still running his mouth about President Joe Biden, who is a great guy and is going to be a great president all they think about is their god Trump. Well, you know what you can do with Trump, you Republicans. He ain’t worth a damn. Anybody or himself should have went to jail and he should stand trial and he got away with it and there’s something wrong in our system why he got away with all this stuff. Something is definitely wrong. That’s the Republicans, they’re all rich and they pay off.

Hello “Disgusted” ... what has Joe done? He’s been busy cleaning up Donnie T’s mess. And he has not even been in office 100 days. I’m sure you can give him more time
... jeez, you gave OTumpster four years. Fact check is a recommendation for you. The reason you are not vaccinated has nothing to do with Joe. Donnie didn’t order enough vaccines and we are feeling the affects of his denial of the existence of COVID-19. Remember it was going to be gone after Election Day? Hmm. You can’t administer what doesn’t exist. Labs are making more as quickly as possible and monies are allocated to buy more vaccines. And even Joe can’t control the weather. Additionally, new ones are being approved as soon as they can. But remember if you approve them too quickly, things can go wrong. I’m sure you’d be the first one crying foul and blaming Joe for that too. Also the oil prices ... oh, never mind. As I used to tell my kids “fact check at least three reliable sources and Wikipedia is not one of them. Then you are able to speak on the matter. “Let us get the facts and stop the incorrect information.
