Charles Edward Brown

Charles Edward Brown, 59, passed away at his home on Saturday, March 27, 2021, surrounded by his wife and family. Born in Philadelphia, Charles was a long-time resident of Garnet Valley, PA. He was a kind and gentle soul.

Charles was an Electrical Engineer who worked for 37+ years for PECO/ Exelon. He was a huge Philadelphia sports fan and, with his wife Yvette and daughter Adrienne, experienced a major league baseball game in every stadium. The family also traveled to over 20 NFL stadiums.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Yvette Brown, daughter Adrienne Washington, and sonin-law Brenton Washington; mother, Marie Brown; father, Rev. Gilbert Clark; aunt, Margaret Brown.

A public viewing will be held Saturday, April 10, 2021 from 9:00am – 10:00am at Memorial Church of God in Christ, 747 Buck Lane, Haverford, PA. Share your condolences or live stream the service at 10:30 am at www.cwoodfh.com.
