Fenchy is a gorgeous, silky, young adult lady who is currently having tons of fun with her doggy friends while waiting on her forever family. She is sweet and puppy-like, but can be quite sensitive and shy. Her friends at PAC know she would benefit from a quiet home with a confident doggy sibling, a fenced in yard and kids middle school aged and up.
