Katya Eruslanova is the first PIAA champion swimmer from Delco since Maddie Hart, and the first Haverford Central Leaguer to be named Swimmer of the Year since Hart in 2016. Jack Christian joins a run of eight straight honorees on the boys side from Inter-Ac schools.
