Robert E. Adams “Beep”, 83 of Naples Florida, formerly of Lewes, Delaware and Radnor Twp., PA, passed away peacefully with his wife, Marie at his side in Naples on Tuesday June 1st.

Bob is a retired Detective from Radnor Township in 1993 and Lewes Police Department Meter Enforcemen­t Unit in 2019. Graduate of the FBINAA #143 where he and his son, Bob FBINA #211 were the 78th father and son pair to graduate out of 36,000 back in 2003. He was a proud Veteran of the United States Air Force. 53 year member of Delaware County Lodge 27 F.O.P. with 49 years serving as a member of the Executive Board and a Life Member of the Clifton Heights Fire Dept. He was also the recipient of numerous citations and awards over the years, an avid Phillies and Eagles fan and diehard University of Miami fan.

Recent resident of Naples Florida where Bob and Marie moved last year after numerous years as snow birds in Naples, finally becoming permanent residents earlier this year. Bob enjoyed his younger days especially after retirement traveling to flea markets all over the area and at one time, Bob and Marie operated “Roadrunner Antiques” in Lewes and took their show on the road every winter to Florida.

He is survived by Marie (Stea) the love of his life, and his sister Pat. Father to retired Collingdal­e Police Chief Robert W. Adams (Linda Rowe) of Broomall and Grandfathe­r to Sarah Marie and Melissa Ann, both of Broomall,

Bob was preceded in death by his other sister Jean. Burial and Services will be private in Naples, Florida.
