Woman throws knife, hitting boyfriend in head

The latest new Pennsylvan­ia State Police reports:

FEB. 25

DUI: At 8:20 p.m., troopers stopped a 2012 Acura on Interstate 95north and through investigat­ion found the operator, a 28-year-old Wilmington man, was under the influence and was found in the possession of narcotics. DUI: Troopers stopped a 2014 Acura at 2:24 a.m. on Interstate 95 south in Chester. Through investigat­ion, the operator, a 22-year-old Newark woman, was charged with driving under the influence.

DUI: At 3:52 a.m., troopers stopped a 2005 Honda on Interstate 95north in Tinicum and through investigat­ion charged the driver, a 28-year-old Norristown woman, with driving under the influence.

FEB. 21

Theft: At 10:54 a.m., a person on Byers Drive in Concord Township reported the theft of about $1,000 in gift cards.

FEB. 19

Warrant: Troopers stopped a 2004 Buick at 6:27 p.m. on Interstate 95 north in Chester and found the operator, a 55-year-old Newark man, had a warrant out of Maryland. He was taken into custody.

FEB. 18

Assault: At 6:27 p.m., troopers responded to the first block of Skyline Drive in Thornbury Township for a domestic between boyfriend and girlfriend. It was determined a 37-yearold woman of had thrown a knife, which struck the 48-year-old victim on the side of his head, causing minor injuries.

FEB. 14

Retail theft: Troopers responded at 7:45p.m. to Target in Concord for the retail theft of three television­s: a 75-inch LG, and two 70-inch television­s valued at $1,690in total. Charles Miller, 38, of Woodbury, New Jersey, was charged. Retail theft: Troopers responded to Kohl’s in Middletown Township for a 51-yeaar-old Philadelph­ia man who reportedly stole a $300 air purifier.

FEB. 13

Theft: At 7:45p.m., two women came into the Wawa on Baltimore Pike in Chester Heights and one of them took the plastic donation jar from in front of the cash register, valued at $100.
