Parks & Rec offering summer camps

The city of Beavercree­k Parks, Recreation & Culture Department is offering summer day camps for children ages 612 at Rotary Park, 2260 Dayton Xenia Road.

Camps run from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Early drop-off from 7: 30 to 9:30 a.m. and late pick-up from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. is provided at no extra cost. A field trip each Wednesday also is included in the weekly fee.

The resident fee is $110 per week and the non-resident fee is $125 per week. Pre-registrati­on is required.

The themed weeks are: June 15 (Where the Wild Things Are); June 22 (Mission Into Space); June 29 (Sports Extravagan­za); July 6 (Splashin’ Around); July 13 (Be a Hero); July 20 (We are the Champions); July 27 (Buggin’ Out); and Aug. 3 (Best of the Best).
