Two indicted on multiple charges

Jason Harrold, 34, was indicted Friday along with Jacob Reigelsper­ger, 28, and Nikole Reigelsper­ger, 29, for alleged crimes involving impersonat­ing a police officer.

Harrold is accused of dressing up and identifyin­g himself as a Dayton police officer on March 7 to rob guests at the Ramada Inn in Harrison Twp., according to a release from Montgomery County Prosecutor Mat Heck Jr.

Two days later, all three suspects allegedly robbed a person at the Reigelperg­ers’ home on Burgess Avenue in Harrison Twp. Harrold again dressed as an officer and said he was a Dayton police officer, according to the prosecutor. Harrold was indicted by a county grand jury on two counts of impersonat­ing a police officer and one count each of aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery and abduction.

Jacob and Nikole Reigelsper­ger were each indicted on single counts of aggravated robbery, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine and aggravated possession of drugs.

All of the counts, except for the drug charges, include firearm specificat­ions.

The suspects were being held in the Montgomery County Jail Friday evening. Bond for Harrold is $100,000, and is $150,000 for the Reigelsper­gers, online jail records show. They are scheduled to be arraigned March 31, according to the prosecutor’s office. Both victims survived. Vinson remains in Montgomery County Jail. There are no court dates listed on the online jail site. methamphet­amine, as well as the finished product, according to a release from the sheriff’s office.

Dennis L. Worley, 32, was arrested and booked into the Preble County Jail on suspicion of illegal manufactur­e of drugs, a second-degree felony; assembly of chemicals to manufactur­e drugs and drug possession, both third-degree felonies; and possession of drug parapherna­lia, a misdemeano­r. He is being held without bond, online jail records show.

Police raided the same house in May 2013 and arrested Worley, who was later convicted on felony drug charges, according to the release.
