Suspect indicted for double shooting Meth house bust nets 1 arrest

A Montgomery County Grand Jury indicted Jeffrey Vinson on Friday on four counts of felonious assault in connection with a double shooting on Woodward Avenue on Feb. 22.

Vinson was arrested last month in connection with the shootings, a Dayton police spokesperson said, adding that the SOFAT Task Force apprehended him. He reportedly shot two men during an altercation at a house.

Authorities raided a suspected meth house Friday morning in Preble County, and that led to one arrest.

Preble County Sheriff’s Deputies, Eaton police and county prosecutors executed a search warrant at 10:30 a.m. at a home in the 700 block of East Decatur Street in Eaton.
