The LEED AP program is administered by the U.S. Green Building Council. To earn the professional credential, applicants must undergo a rigorous process to document their knowledge of green building practices and principles. The LEED AP O+M credential specifically demonstrates expertise in implementing sustainable practices, improving efficiency and performance, and reducing environmental impact in existing
