DESIGN HOMES HAS 20 SPEC HOMES AROUND THE SOUTH DAYTON AREA

Design Homes takes pride in its ability to present different spec homes for prospective clients to see.

“We have 20 spec homes either under construction or move-in ready for clients in six different communities located in Washington Township and Clearcreek Township,”said Angela Clark, vice president of sales.

The all-woman-owned company has been custom building homes in the area since 1987.“We pay attention to the details,”Clark said.

Having been on the building side of the business for about six years, Clark moved to sales about nine years ago. The dual experience gives her a wide perspective for working with clients.

“We are a custom homebuilderwith an in-house plan designer--we can customize any plan or work with an individual client’s ideas,”she said.

In addition to the Blake model, the company has two other homes now under construction in The Trails of Saddle Creek.

“We have a brand new community called Bridle Creek Ranch in Washington Township,where we have walkout and daylight basement lots,”Clark said.“We are getting ready to build a sprawling ranch home on a double lot for our first resident.There will be 20 homes in the first phase, and the second phase will have 28 lots,”she said.

“Our company builds a wide variety of floor plans including condos starting at $200,000, patio homes staring at $350,000 and luxury homes starting at $450,000 and up,”said Clark. She said that lots are priced separately.
