CLTC- LTCP Certified In Long-Term Care has been recognized for being the Top Sales Pro in Ohio. He also placed in the top 10 in the nation on multi-life plans, in the top 30 for linked-benefit plans and in the top 100 in America of individual long-term care producers. Ray has over 20 years experience in ltc insurance marketing, personal sales and agency management. Ray teaches six long-term care insurance courses for Ohio Life & Health Agents. He is a very active and involved Member of NAIFA – 22 years membership and is past director of Dayton NAIFA education programs.
Scott Davis,
a teacher at Newton High School and a member of the Troy Lions Club, was honored for service performed as the advisor of the Newton Leo Club. A Leo Club is the youth organizational branch of Lions Clubs International. Davis received a “Leo Club Advisor Outstanding Service Award” in front of the local Lions at a recent meeting for his dual-service to these two organizations. The Newton Leo Club is sponsored by the Lions Club in Troy and operates out of Newton High School, where Davis teaches math. Leo clubs encourage youths to develop leadership skills and qualities by participating in social services activities. Davis has been with the Leo club since its beginning in 2002.

Mike Tiley
recently earned a company-wide honor from his employer, Con-way Truckload. Con-way chose Tiley, a professional truck driver, as Regional Driver of the Month for August 2015. He was chosen out of 223 drivers across the country. Tiley has been driving professionally since 2009. Tiley was recognized for his achievements in a meeting at the Con-way Truckload headquarters in Joplin, Missouri earlier this month.
