During the past five years, owners have completed a long list of improvements to the tri-level home at 32 Regency Drive in Cedarville.

In 2010 the kitchen was opened up and reconfigured to add space, and all appliances were replaced. Roof, siding, gutters and furnace were all replaced in 2011. The following year, the bathrooms were remodeled.

Offering nearly 2,100 square feet of living space, this home is listed by Carol Bliss of McIlvaine Realtors for $184,900.

Laminate flooring extends from the dining area into the open kitchen, where wood cabinets fill the length of the workspace and wrap around the corner to a doublepantry cabinet. An additional buffet counter has upper and lower cabinets. Stainless-steel appliances include dishwasher, smooth-top range, builtin microwave oven and side-by-side refrigerator.

The main bedroom has a private bath with a stepin shower. The hall bath has a tub-and-shower combination and a raised vanity.

Above-ground windows add natural light to the lower-level family room, which is enhanced by a brick fireplace with a stove insert, a raised hearth and a wood mantel. Owners replaced the chimney pipe in 2012.

The extra room serves as the fourth bedroom and has an exit door to outdoor steps leading to the back yard. Nearby are the half bath with a deep storage closet and the laundry room.

The garage has wall shelves and upper storage space accessed via steps that pull down from the ceiling. Extra equipment can be stored in the backyard storage shed.

This location is about one mile from Cedarville University and within walking distance to the center of town.
