Premier CEO named to transport-firm board
Premier Health’s chief executive, Mary Boosalis, is the newest board member of a transportation management company board based near Chicago.
Hub Group Inc., with about $4 billion in revenue, said in a statement that Boosalis had been elected as an independent director to its board of directors.
“I’m excited to join this board as we work to ensure Hub Group remains the industry leader by delivering value to its shareholders and superior service to its customers,” stated Boosalis, who leads the Dayton-based health system that operates four hospitals and a large network of physicians.
Hub is a publicly traded logistics company with 4,000 employees, with supply chain services like truck brokerage. KAITLIN SCHROEDER
